Resumé of Tres Seaver
I have established a software architecture consulting company, Palladion Software, to provide clients with "best-practice" software development services, assist them in the design and construction of large-scale software systems.
This venue allows me to apply my skills in object-oriented analysis, design, and programming, and in project management, to deliver effective and elegant solutions to my clients' problems.

- Borland Certified Delphi Client/Server Developer
- This cerfication exam covered all phases of client-server development with Delphi, including component design, database management issues, and team development. I passed the exam on my first attempt, one of only 42 people in the country to pass the exam during its beta-testing phase. April, 1996.
- Founding President, Houston Association of Delphi Professionals
-
Seeing a need for a forum in Houston for professional Delphi
developers, I worked with Borland and other interested
individuals and companies to establish HADP in January, 1996.
By the end of its first year, the group had more than 70 paid
members, and had attendance between 50 and 180 people
each month.
After serving as Secretary for the 1997-98 and 1998-99 election terms, I served again President of the group for the 1999-2000 term.
